*Fredericksburg-Rappahannock Chapter helps Scout Become Eagle!
Zachary Dally, a member of Boy Scout Troop 14 in Spotsylvania County, was
honored last month with a ceremony for his Eagle Scout
award.
For his Eagle Scout project, Dally marked property lines to support the local Izaak
Walton League, located off Herndon Road in Spotsylvania County.
